Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies that result path. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may retain routine logs such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of access. We review aggregate usage to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
We use this limited information to operate the service, address technical issues, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services. The policy of the receiving service controls information submitted there, including information entered through sponsored-result tools.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic technical data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. Because the service has no visitor accounts, it does not maintain a visitor password or profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Applicable law may give you rights to ask about, correct, or remove personal information a website holds. Since we retain very little, a request normally concerns the contact mailbox or available server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Government records held by New Jersey, Somerset County, or municipal custodians remain outside our control; requests about those records belong with the responsible office. New Jersey OPRA, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., governs access to qualifying government records, not the removal of a public record from its custodian.
Policy Changes
We will post policy changes here. Continued use after a posted update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
